Creating buyer-centric campaign recommendations & increasing SEO
Challenge: Car maintenance chain, Jiffy Lube, was interested in scaling up their B2B fleet offerings. Jiffy Lube Fleets commissioned us to conduct market research on potential buying groups and to interview franchisees.
Action: I led market research and franchisee/sales interviews to create recommendations and messaging frameworks. Jiffy Lube corporate used these resources to test digital marketing campaigns and distribute to franchisees.
Result: Key recommendations included an SEO strategy based on keywords that resulted in 100+ rankings increase in 1 quarter. We recommended standardizing corporate support for franchisees’ fleets business and identified multimedia strategies based on audience.
